Good afternoon, I am a new student at the University of Malaya. My name is Chang Yun Hu and my passport number is EJ1894418. I’m sorry to bother you. My progress has been stuck at 90% for 8 days. I urgently need my passport to open a bank account, and my normal life has been affected. This is a very urgent matter, could you please help me? Thank you very much for your help.

  We have the same concern, 90% and badly needed to open a bank account. But at this point, EMGS no longer has the control and is now solely up to the immigration’s department. We just have to wait.

  Please be informed that your student pass has been issued by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Once the passport is ready for collection, we will notify the institution of the next course of action.
