Good day officer from EMGS! My passport number is P7795579A. Currently my status is at 85% since last week. May I know when my passport will be submitted to the immigration office? I need to open a bank account for my scholarship and I also need to go back to my country for the national election. Hoping for your response. Thank you!

  We are in the midst of preparing the documents that are required by the Immigration Department to process the student pass endorsement. Once the documents have been prepared, we will submit the application and passport to the Immigration Department. The approval to issue the student pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
