My name is Abdulhadi Abdulkadir, a PhD student at USM Malaysia, School of Health, Health campus.
I have got my EMGS approval letter dated 18th August, 2020, with reference E#########.
Unfortunately, I could not make it.
Now, I need to come to Malaysia. I have registered with USM and started in January, 2022.
May prayer is to kindly issue me with a new approval letter.

  Hi Abdulhadi Abdulkadir,
  
  Your E-VAL was expired. As such, you are required to submit a new application in order to resume your studies in Malaysia. Kindly refer to your institution for further cancellation of your expired EVAL on the immigration system. Once the E-VAL is cancelled, you may proceed with the submission of the new application.
