Dear EMGS officer,

My name is Xue Shaohua, a student of Segi College. My old passport number is E33043360, and my new passport number is EJ7502018. My school informed me on June 26th that I need to wait for the immigration Department’s overstay interview. But it’s been almost six weeks without any notice from immigration. I want to deal with the overstay case and get back my passport as soon as possible, because my family is sick, I want to return to China as soon as possible. Could you please help me give an appointment time with the immigration office?
