Hi emgs. My passport number is BK428807 My process has been stuck at 5% for two weeks, so I need to know what is preventing it from moving forward.

Please be informed that we are yet to receive the proof of payment from the Institution. As such, kindly liaise with your Institution to upload the proof of payment on the EMGS system in order for us to resume the application process.
