I hope you’re doing well

I have contacted you previously regarding my request for a VAL visa, and until this moment, it has not been issued, knowing that my flight is on July 17th. I ask Your Excellency to help me in this so that I do not suffer financial loss and delay in starting my studies, please, please.

  We understand your concern. Kindly take note that, the approval to issue the EVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. However, in order for us to check the application status we would need your full name and passport number.
