My application was rejected because
The academic results are doubtful.
Format of transcripts.

I hope to clarify the exact problem, bearing in mind that my certificates are official and documented, and I am currently working in a government job in my country based on these certificates. I would like your Excellency to inform me of the correct procedure so that I can complete the issuance of the visa, as my trip is very close and will be within 3 weeks from now.

  You may request your Institution to submit the supporting documents pertaining to your academic result. We will proceed to update the application accordingly upon review and verification of the documents submitted.
