      Hi,

      We will advise you to uninstall the EMGS app from your phone. Alternatively, clear the application cache on your phone. You can do this through the application settings in your phone’s application manager. Kindly revert back to us if the issue still persists with the screenshot of the error at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and we will assist to check your application.
