If your application is displaying 32%, it means that the EMGS approval letter is ready for download. The approval letter allows you to register for the online classes. Kindly liaise with your institution for assistance with regard to the registration. The approval letter can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/

You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
