Good afternoon
I would like to inquire about the 14 days for completing student procedures and then obtaining a visa … Is the period starting from the day the passport is handed over to the university or the day the university delivers the passports to the emigration…
Also today, the period has been extended to 14/4/2020, so will we wait for this date? Because we have a prior reservation to return to our country on 8/4/2020

  The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days, from the date we receive the passport. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
  
  Kindly note that at present we have suspended the processing of all applications. We advise that you refer to your institution for further details.
