I am writing this letter to enquiry about the VAL Visa approval fee of refund amount related to my Visa Approval Letter.

Sir / Madam i can’t confirmation about VAL from EMGS App & Institute & Immigration.
Kindly enquiry my VAL application Visa fee who person received my refund amount of Visa processing fee.

  The VAL rejection letter was collected by your institution on the 23rd of March 2017. Kindly follow-up with the institution and request that they provide you with a copy of the letter.
  
  Kindly note that we did not receive any refund request from the institution. Please be informed that the processing fee is not refundable. We advise that you refer to the institution for further assistance.
