Hello EMGS,
I submitted my passport for visa renewal. My passport nunber is BX0023933. My visa will expire on Jan 17th, 2020. Can I go to my country on January 3rd and return before 17th January? If no, then can i get my visa at the end of December 31st? Please let me know.

  Hi Violet,
  
  Based on our records your passport is in progress with the Immigration Department for the Student Pass endorsement. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
  
  Kindly note that you can only exit the country after the Student Pass has been endorsed. Your institution will be notified once the passport is ready for collection.
