I was trying to apply for my new VAL through the website for my master in UPM, but I could not proceed to submit my passport and certificate because it says my application is 100% done since 27/09/2018. the website tells me only one application is allowed at a time . I have already studied in Limkokwing University in that period of time and now I’m trying to apply for master but I can not because of the previous application . If you can help open a new application it will be great.

  Please note that we accept requests to close applications from institutions only. As such, we advise that you contact Limkokwing University and request that they send us a request to close the application.
