Please submit your passport to your institution so that they can submit the passport to EMGS and get your student pass issued by the immigration

You have to come to Malaysia first, do you post-arrival medical check up at your university. and give your passport to your institution

The wait until you get the VAL, then enter Malaysia (get SEV if you need one), do the medical check up, and pass your passport to your institution. Dont worry be happy
