I was apply for visa application since February 2020 . But my application status is still stuck on 35 % . Can u please tell me where my visa work will be start or what can i do for restarting my visa application?? Please help me View

The Immigration Department is currently not issuing VALs. As such, your application will be processed further once the Immigration Department resumes the process of issuing VALs. The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
