Greetings emgs i am JOBAYAR SARKAR Passport number EE0097150 i am contacting as my visa application is stuck at 80% since 26th of December 2019 and my older visa is going to expire soon so i would really appreciate if i get any help and updates regarding this matter View

Hi Jobayar,
The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Yes but my application has been stuck at 80% since 26th of December and it isn’t supposed to take that long after 80% and my older visa is going to expire soon so the condition is becoming a bit alarming for me

@zubair_12 The process takes 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The application is still within the processing time-frame. Kindly allow the Immigration Department time to process the application. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
