What should I DO? What should I DO? Since the document was sent to immigration department on 11/9, it has taken four weeks. The EMGS said they have highlighted my application twice and got no response from immigration department.

So no one knows what’s wrong with my application. Is this an usual thing to take more than 20 working days? And if at the end of this week, it is still 35% green, what should I do? Should I cancel the application and reapply again?
