My student visa expired on September 18th. I would like to know if I don’t renew or cancel my visa, can I reapply for a student visa if I return to Malaysia afterwards? Do I need to pay the fee again to reapply for my student visa? Thank you.

  Hi Z JJ,
  Kindly note that if you do not proceed with renewal application, you may apply for a new application. Subject approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration Department. Both renewal application and new application will be charge for payment.

Dear officer:
My application number is #########. My application progress keeps stopping at 20%. I want to submit my passport soon. Is it possible to expedite the review of my documents?
