How can I do to check my new student visa application process since I already renewed my passport but my emgs account shows me the old one.

Dear officer,
It is said that Chinese tourists would be permitted to visit Malaysia without visa from next month.
Is it true? what’s the exact date？
Hope to receive your reply so that I can arrange my trip in advance.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Should it be more than 18 months of passport validity to renew my student pass which is renewable annually?
If I renew my passport in my country China, but the student pass doesn’t expire, can I enter Malaysia by using two passport?(The new one and the old one)?
If cannot, what should I do to enter Malaysia?

For renewal applications, recommended passport validity
