It doesn’t matter if there is no Malaysian embassy in your country, if you’re a visa required national, you have to get SEV before going to Malaysia and you can get it the nearest embassy (e.g neighboring states).
Before all else, make sure if you’re a visa required* national.

Mine takes three days to be ready for download and other people takes a day or two in short it’s varies on people and their lucky but be rest assured that if your VAL is approved you’ll be be able to download it
