Dear EMGS Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to respectfully follow up on the progress of my student pass application (Application No.: #########), which is currently shown as In Progress with EMGS (32%), and to sincerely seek your kind guidance and assistance regarding the remaining process.

All required documents have been fully submitted by my institution, and EMGS has kindly confirmed that my documents are now under review. I truly appreciate the efforts made by EMGS and the relevant authorities in processing my application.

However, I would like to humbly share my growing concern regarding the timeline. My January intake programme has already commenced, and teaching has begun, which has started to affect my study plan and academic progress. As advised by my university, I am also required to arrive in Malaysia and complete physical registration by 6 February. Given the current status, I am very concerned about whether I will be able to enrol and commence my studies as scheduled.

In view of this limited timeframe, I would be deeply grateful if you could kindly advise whether my application is progressing normally at this stage, or if there is any additional information, documentation, or action required from my side or from my institution to help facilitate or, if possible, expedite the remaining process.

I sincerely understand and respect the procedures involved, and I truly appreciate your time, understanding, and kind support. I would be very grateful for any update or guidance you may be able to provide.
