Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Zhu Sisi, and my passport number is EJ5598639. My emgs has been stuck at 80%. I already submitted the original passport to the school for more than half a month. Is there any problem now? What do I need to do to speed up my visa process? I forward to your reply and wish you the best.

  Kindly be informed that we received your passport on 27th January 2025 for the Student Pass endorsement process. We will review your document and submit the passport to the Immigration Department. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, any update will be notified accordingly.
