Dear EMGS,
Good Afternoon, my visa renewal process reached 80% on November 5th and I haven’t been notified since then. Can you help me check when I can receive my passport? Under normal circumstances, it should take 15-25 working days to complete the visa update, but it has been 20 working days since I started submitting it. Besides, could you help me check if my visa renewal is valid for one or two years after this update?

  Kindly be informed that your passport is still in progress with the Immigration Department. We kindly seek your patience in allowing them some time to issue the student pass sticker. We will notify the institution of the updates on your application status.

    I know I should waiting for the notice. But My grandpa had something wrong. I really nead to go back my home. Please help me highlight the progress. Begging you, please.
