But I can’t wait that long. My ticket has been bought and can’t be refunded or changed. I really have an urgent matter to go back to China to deal with on August 19th ! There is a serious traffic accident waiting for me to go back to deal with it!

I do really in a hurry! I really need your help！Please！

  For urgent escalations, you are required to seek assistance from your institution. The approval to endorse the student pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
