Please be informed that your application has been submitted to Immigration for student pass approval. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process your application. Once we receive any update we will notify the institution accordingly.

Thanks for your reply. But it is already 15 working days since I submitted my passport to Immigration, can you help me to check the problem why it is stucked?

Based on our records, we received your passport on the 09th October 2023. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The issuance of a Student Pass will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport.
