Dear officer, my passport number is EC2757139, I have cancelled my previous EMGS process (No. #########) because I accepted another offer. However, I was told that I cannot complete a new EMGS without completely cancelling my previous visa. I will start my semester in October and hope you can help me cancel this EMGS (No. #########) as soon as possible. Thank you 🙇

  Hi Zhen H,
  As checked, we submitted your VAL cancellation application to the Immigration Department on 15 August 2024. Therefore, we kindly seek your patience in allowing them some time to issue the approval for the cancellation. Rest assured, we will notify the institute once it is approved by Immigration.
