I submitted my passport for visa renewal last month in the day of 16st JAN, but I haven’t received my passport back until now. and I have a flight on 12st FEB.

Hi Zhengfu,
The passport will be submitted directly to the state Immigration Department in Penang, not to EMGS. As such, we advise that you contact your institute for assistance regarding your request to expedite the student pass endorsement process.
