Hi. I am having issues with passing the facial verification on my EMGS account. I have completed my Pre Departure Check list successfully on my first phone , but when I changed phones yesterday I tried to log in to my pre departure check list on my new phone and it keeps on saying that I failed the verification test. Me too same situation, I change my flight time last time it took less than 24 hours , hope by Friday it will be completed

I need to travel to Malaysia in 2 days and I got my SEV done, but in the emgs app it says my student pass is valid..but in the passport it expired on January 2021 .what do I do
