Dear EMGS,EC6963018 is my passport. My passport hasn’t been updated for half a month. I don’t know why it hasn’t been updated.

  Kindly be informed that we received your passport from the institution on 24 March 2025. Please note that during the endorsement process, we required the institute to submit a complete progress report on 2 April 2025 and we received the required documents on 7 April 2025. Therefore, the application has resumed to be processed. We kindly seek your patience in allowing us time to proceed with the endorsement and submit your passport to Immigration for approval. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
