Try calling EMGS and speak to someone

Try to download the EMGS approval letter at 32%. Have you seen it???, I downloaded mine already.

Once it 32% or 35% meaning EMGS has approved, and it has been submitted to the immigration department for the final approval of the E-val. So EMGS has no hands or saying again about the approval. It left with the discretion of the Malaysian immigration to approve or decline. So let just hope and pray for the best. Thank you
