Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Zeti Aishah Anwar passport A11806921.
My additional documents have been submitted by the institution. Is it possible to expedite this process? As I am facing issues regarding special pass too. I have applied for a second due to my university not complying with your requirements has led me to overstay and the first pass getting expired.
