5% means Wait Payment, still your institution didn’t pay your fee process

Hi Zekra,
Your application is currently on hold as we are yet to receive the application payment from your institution. The processing of the application will take approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the payment. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
