My passport number is V7733146 and I would like to know the update on my application process please. It has been 10 days.

  We will look into this matter. As checked, your documents are still in progress with Immigration since 7 August 2024. Therefore, we kindly seek your patience and understanding in allowing Immigration some time to issue the approval. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
