Dear EMGS, I have been waiting for my VAL for 6 months but now my university, IMU, says that I will have to pay the visa fee AGAIN! Even if I want to continue with online classes this September or if I choose to defer and that my application will go back to 0%. I don’t think there is ANY such policy that you guys have. Our entire year has been wasted and instead of refunding our fee do they, or you guys want us to pay you the fee again??! It is around 1 lac PKR (2500 RM), not a small amount.
