    Dear @emgs,

    my passport number is EJ9264690. I have submitted an application for a student visa with EMGS application number E#########.

    My application progress has increased from September 18th to 35%. However, I got not progress until now.

    I have booked a flight to Malaysia on October 2nd, could you help me deal with my visa process as soon as possible. Now it is urgent, please help me check what happened on my visa processor highlight my name?

      Hi Zangh Han,

      We understand your concern. However, we have escalated your application to the Immigration Department to expedite the process. The approval to issue the EVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify once the EVAL is approved by the Immigration Department.
