    Dear @emgs,

    my passport number is EJ9264690. I have submitted an application for a student visa with EMGS application number E#########.

    My application progress has increased from September 18th to 35%. However, I got not progress until now.

    I have booked a flight to Malaysia on October 2nd, could you help me deal with my visa process as soon as possible. Now it is urgent, please help me check what happened on my visa process. Thank you!!!

      For your application to move to 70% it’ll take 7-10 working days.

      Hi Zangh Han,

      Kindly be informed that your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The VAL approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
