HI EMGS
I am Zakiya.
My student pass renewal application has already reached 50% progress in the EMGS system, and the process has moved very quickly within five days. As I am currently in Tunisia, I have not yet had sufficient time to arrange my flight ticket to Malaysia.

I would like to ask, what is the latest allowable date for me to return to Malaysia to submit my passport once my application has reached 50% in the EMGS progress?

  Kindly note that the Malaysian Immigration Department may allow certain international students to renew their student pass if the current pass expiry has not lapsed for more than 3 months. The decision is entirely under the discretion of the Malaysian Immigration Department. You may refer to your institution for further assistance on this matter.
