Make sure u do the payment thru a VISA creditcard not mastercard.. it didn’t work for me.. i tried many banks then AXIS BANK credit card worked

Had the same issue. I used debit card visa it didn’t work but then used one of my relatives master card credit card and it happened to work. Maybe u could try like that.

Please be informed that you are required to liaise directly with the Window Malaysia contact center team for further assistance with regard to this. Therefore, we recommend that you refer to the E-Visa Team. Alternatively, you can proceed to the Malaysian Embassy directly and apply for the Single Entry Visa (SEV).
