Thank you for your response. I’ve been trying to shortening my current pass with the immigration so I can proceed to the next step, but they keep asking me to get the VAL approval first then they will shorten my current active pass. I’ll really appreciate if you can assist me with this matter.Thank you

Hi Zakarya,
The processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days. This is provided that there are no additional documents or amendments required. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
