    Hi @emgs team, I’m a PhD student at MMU. My spouse passport is at the immigration since Sep 26 for the dependent pass endorsement and since then the status is stuck at 85%. Can you please help expedite this process as we have to apply for visa to Turkey ASAP. We have the flights and accomodation booked for November. I’d really appreciate a positive response from you as always.

    Spouse passport: BY5907652

      Hi Zain ul Haq,

      Kindly be informed that ss per checking, we received your dependant passport on the 24th September 2025 for the dependant Pass endorsement process. The Immigration will take approximately 14 working days to process the dependant visa. Kindly allow Immigration some time. We will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
