  Kindly be informed that the institution is required to send us an email to get the VAL rejection reason. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.

    Thank you for letting me know. It appears the institution (MMU) already sent an email. Kindly respond to them ASAP as my travel plans are being delayed and affected. Thanks and regards.
