I am zainab Qahtan . Please,I have received a note from EMGS for my renew visa.the note include:
(Please note that Machine-readable zone (MRZ) on the passport data page is not visible. The institute is required to submit this page with the signature, authorized name .passport no is A21862614

  Kindly be informed that we require the institution to submit copy of passport data page showing Machine-readable zone (MRZ) in order for to resume the process. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
