My passport number is ET1328682. My renewal process is 0% in status. Kindly let me know the further details to reach it to 90? As i am coming to Malaysia in last week on November.

Kindly be informed that your renewal application is pending for payment. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit the proof of payment to EMGS in order for us to process the application.
