Dear Emgs,
I’m MUHAMMAD ZAIN BIN RASHID from Pakistan and this is my passport number HN9842691 and process is still stuck at 15%
I have talk to the university and they said they have sent the supporting letter to KPT Officer (Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi) , and now it’s been more than a month and my percentage is same, that why it show in emgs portal that document never submitted , when KPT officer will satisfy with my documents then they will send you ,can you kindly ask KPT officer that how long will it take.

However, your application is pending for a supporting letter from the Institution which is required to process your application, and a notification has been sent to your institution regarding this. Rest assured, we will resume the application process once we received the complete document from the Institution.
