      Hi,

Your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 11th September 2026. Kindly note the Immigration will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.

      Have a nice day.

I think the system is messing up with the date – right now, it shows the VAL application is submitted on the 17th? Can you please check.
