    Hi @emgsofficer @sri-thurga,

    just following up on my sister’s application, which reached 35% today (12 Feb). Considering the usual 7–10 working day timeframe and the Chinese New Year holidays, could you please share an approximate estimate for when the VAL might be released?

    I understand that timelines ultimately depend on immigration, but any indicative timeframe based on your experience would be greatly appreciated.

    Additionally, as her university intake begins on the 23rd, we are quite concerned about the timeline. If possible, we would sincerely appreciate EMGS’s support in requesting the immigration department to help with expediting the eVaL process.

      Please be informed that the application is currently still with the Immigration Department for the approval. While we understand the urgency, kindly allow the Immigration Department some time to process your application. Rest assured, for any updates, we will notify the institution accordingly.
