Dear EMGS Team,
I just received a notification that my EVAL is ready to be downloaded and my EMGS application has completed at 70%. However, I cannot seems to download the EVAL is it because on the mobile app I login with my previous passport? My new visa is on my new passport, although I have tried accessing it from mobile app.
May I have immediate assistance to this matter as a I need to catch up to my academic activities. Thank you in advance.
