dear EMGS officer, my name is Zahirah Dhiya Utari, and my passport number is E6938510. the status of my application has been at 15% since May 9th. today is May 14th, and it has been more than 4 days without any progress. could you please let me know if there are any documents that need to be corrected? I need the process to be completed before June 3rd, as my program starts on that date. thank you for your assistance.
