Hi EMGS sir or Madam

I’d like to explain the issue I’m undergoing from a very long time regarding my visa application. My university has told me numerous times that they have submitted the pending documents more than 3 weeks ago still my visa application is as it was more than 3 weeks ago. At 30%. Why the process is taking this long? It has been three weeks. May I please be informed of the reason? My university has submitted all the pending documents, still the application is pending. My only request to you is to please continue with my visa application. My university’s deadline for this intake is very close and if I miss it I may have to wait till the next intake and I don’t wish to wait till then. I hope you understand my situation.

  Did you ask your institution the case number. And make sure that emgs have received it. Actually EMGS really fast update about that case. @zafir

  We received additional documents however, we are unable to proceed with the processing as the Immigration Department still shows the same status. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they refer to the Immigration Department.
