The emgs officer meant that your visa application is closed by your university. So what you can do now is to email your university and discuss with them about application closeness

If it’s Yellow, it means there are some additional documents required to me submitted. Kindly contact your institution. Check the required document and submit it to the EMGS and cc the institution. Once the documents are complete, it will be back to green and it will go back to normal. -

There’s something you need to correct in your documents.

When i submitted the documents to my university to send to immigration, they were all correct. And even my university confirmed the correction twice. I think that is not the problem.

Did you ask your institution the case number. And make sure that emgs have received it. Actually EMGS really fast update about that case. @zafir

Hello if you are still receiving emails bout the fact that your pending docs are still nit submitted to emgs you need to inbox your uni on their facebook account and they will send you the number of youe counsellor.(mine made things move today itself-emgs just sent a message they received my pending doc).so i advice you to do that.
